About the event
Settle in and immerse yourself in conscious, connected breathwork (led by Candy) that will help you shift your life forward while Laura sends distance Reiki. Then relax in simple, yin yoga poses (led by Laura) while Candy sends distance Reiki.
Give yourself two hours between eating and doing breathwork. Grab a journal if you want to write down insights after you experience.
Can't make it? Don't worry, we'll send out a recording that you can use for three days after the session ends.
What can you expect from Breakthrough Breathwork?
You'll lie on the floor while Candy coaches you through this process. It may get tough at times, but it is so worth it!

What can you expect from Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is essentially yoga napping. You will lie for several minutes in various yoga poses typically targeting the hips and back.
